Regional Employer Solutions Leader – North West

Fedcap UK is seeking an experienced Employer Solutions Manager to lead our Employer Services team across Lancashire and Cheshire. You will build strong relationships with local employers, authorities and partners to deliver tailored workforce solutions and sustainable employment for people we support.

You will inspire a high-performing, customer-focused culture, manage budgets, monitor performance and ensure services meet contractual requirements. Regular travel across the North West is required.
