Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from key stakeholders throughout the business
• Provide training and collaterals to ensure optimum usage across practice
• Support knowledge system strategy with continuous improvement including support, maintenance, pilot and implementation of new features

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting lawyers with Legal Technology, in particular HighQ Collaborate
• Passion for Legal Technology and Knowledge systems
• Stakeholder management
• Analytical problem solver, with high attention to details
