Senior AI Engineer – Production-Grade LLM & RAG Systems

Pleo, a UK-based spend-management platform, is hiring an AI-focused engineer to shape how AI-powered features reach customers. You will work with engineers, data scientists and product teams to move ideas from prototype to production, leveraging Pleo’s dataset of 40,000+ customers.

You will own end-to-end AI development, design RAG pipelines, build evaluation frameworks, and ensure production readiness with strong Python and cloud skills.
