Chief of Claims Operations & Service Delivery

Sompo is recruiting for a Head of Claims Service Delivery in our Claims Operations team in London. You will be accountable for designing and running end-to-end processing delivery, driving service performance and continuous improvement across the claims lifecycle.

The role requires extensive London Market/Lloyd’s claims systems knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering improvements in claims operations.
