Spanish Qualified Legal Counsel – Energy & Asset Finance

Zenobē is seeking a senior legal professional to support its Spanish team, leading on asset finance and contract matters in Spain while collaborating with the UK team. The candidate can be based in Madrid or London and will spend time between both locations.

You will draft, negotiate and review a broad range of commercial agreements, advise on governance and regulatory issues, and work with internal and external stakeholders, including EV manufacturers and operators.
