Global Senior Legal Counsel — Commercial & Strategy

Clinigen is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its global Legal team, reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary. Based in Weybridge or Burton upon Trent, you will lead complex negotiations and provide commercially focused advice across EU, US and Rest of World.

You will draft and negotiate broad commercial contracts, partner with senior leaders, ensure compliance with laws and industry best practice, and support key strategic initiatives to enable international growth.
