MRICS Commercial Property Portfolio Manager (London)

Places for People is seeking a Commercial Property Manager in London to oversee a diverse portfolio including retail, commercial and mixed-use spaces. You will manage the full lifecycle from inspections to financial reporting, coordinate contractors and advise asset owners on performance improvements.

The role requires MRICS, experience across commercial portfolios, and strong knowledge of leases and budgeting. Hybrid work pattern; based in London 2-3 days per week is expected.
