The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service across a range of enquiries. You’ll:
* Handle customer queries efficiently and accurately* Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction* Resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions* Update systems with accurate customer information* Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
TrainingYou’ll receive 5 weeks of comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.
Shift PatternsYou will work a set shift pattern, 5 days out of 7, and must be available to work Monday to Sunday.
Available shifts:* 06:00 – 14:00* 08:00 – 16:00* 10:00 – 18:00* 15:00 – 23:00
