Sr. Pediatric OT – Clinic & School Lead

Sterling Practice Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team. The role spans clinic and school-based settings, supporting children and young people with complex needs, including EHCPs, and provides clinical leadership within a supportive team.

You will manage a varied paediatric caseload, deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions, and contribute to service development, supervision, and mentoring of junior staff.
