Senior Support Worker

BSL Care Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our growing team in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their social care career and develop their leadership experience.

£13.45–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts and supporting the wider staff team
• Conducting staff supervisions and supporting probation reviews
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
• Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents and risks
• Supporting care-plan reviews, audits and service improvements
• Coaching and mentoring Support Workers

We are looking for someone with at least two years’ adult social care experience, experience leading shifts and strong medication, communication and record-keeping skills. A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and a full UK driving licence are desirable.
