Lead Health & Social Care Supervisor – Care at Home (Sutherland)

NHS Highland is seeking a Band 4 Lead Health and Social Care Support Worker for the Care at Home Service in Sutherland. The role drives leadership, supervision, and oversight to ensure safe, effective, person-centred care across a geographically dispersed rural service.

You will support staff in practice, monitor quality of care, and contribute to ongoing development of the service in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team. Flexible working options may be considered.
