Remote Community OT: Independence & Home Adaptations

Peterborough City Council is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan and deliver interventions for adults with learning disabilities living in the community. You will promote safety and independence at home, using equipment, TEC, and adaptations, while collaborating with health, housing and social care teams.

The post involves a flexible, largely home-based and agile working style with no weekend work, and a focus on strengths-based practice within a supportive team.
