Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based on the Daventry & Northampton area for a Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel. The hotel has a busy restaurant along with functions, bar and banqueting working under for a talented and experienced Head Chef and a settled kitchen brigade.

The Role

• Running and managing the hotel kitchen in Head Chef’s absence
• Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
• Preparing meals using fresh produce
• Restaurant and Function Work
• Kitchen Management duties

The Person

• You will already be an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
• Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard using fresh produce
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History
