Court Operations & Customer Support Officer

Brook Street in London is recruiting for an Operational Support Officer to support HMCTS hearings. The role is full-time, office-based, based at 181 Marylebone Road, with a 37-hour week and a pay rate of £15.59 per hour.

You will handle administrative tasks, provide frontline customer service, follow SOPs, manage juror matters, assist with listings and enforcement, and contribute to safety and governance under supervision.
