On-site Workplace Concierge (London)

The Instant Group is seeking a Community Host to support the provision of client-focused facilities and workplace activities in its flagship London office. The role requires on-site presence and close collaboration with the Senior Community Host and a strong team to ensure the workplace is the best place to work from.

You will be proactive in addressing issues, coordinating vendors for M&E, catering, cleaning and related tasks, and supporting inductions, health & safety, and office services.
