Customer Journey & Commercial Support Specialist

Southampton City Council in the Culture and Tourism Division seeks a Commercial Activity and Customer Journey Assistant to help deliver excellent visitor experiences across the Museums, Art Gallery and heritage venues. You will be the first contact for enquiries and support bookings, events and venue hire.
