Head Chef: Lead a flagship on-site kitchen

Thomas Franks invites applications for a Head Chef to lead catering operations at Greens, Aberdeenshire, for a major SSEN infrastructure project. In the mobilisation phase, food service will run from a high-spec food truck, later expanding to a modular kitchen and dining complex on site.

You will manage a team, develop menus with seasonal ingredients, and ensure quality, hygiene, and safety across the operation. 40 hours per week, full-time, with a salary up to £38,000 per annum.
