Head Chef – Lead a Dynamic Kitchen (Flexible Hours)

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in one of our pubs across the country. You’ll be responsible for raising the bar, upholding food hygiene standards and driving a motivated kitchen team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

As Head Chef you’ll have prior Kitchen Manager/Head Chef experience or be ready to step up from a Sous/Second Chef role, with opportunities to progress through our internal career pathways and benefit from a range of company perks.
