Youll take ownership of your own events : from menus and pre:production through to logistics, team leadership and live delivery .

The Role

• Lead large:scale event catering operations.
• Manage chefs and freelance teams.
• Plan production, logistics and live delivery.
• Deliver exceptional food at high volume.
• Develop menus alongside the culinary team.
• Take ownership of quality, organisation and standards.
• Contribute to menu development and planning during the off:season.

About You

• Head Chef or experienced senior events chef.
• Background in events, stadiums, contract catering or high:volume hospitality .
• Strong operational and logistical skills.
• Confident leading large teams.
• Passionate about great food at scale.
• Happy with travel and a busy summer events season.
• Reliable, organised and self:sufficient.

Peak season runs May:September , balanced by a quieter winter focused on menu development, tastings and planning .
