Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Head Chef in Belfast to lead shifts, run the pass and inspire the team across dine-in and delivery channels. You’ll balance a buzzing kitchen with fast-paced operations, stepping up to help the Head Chef and grow into a Head Chef role.

You’ll be hands-on, focus on food quality, consistency, and safety while managing stock, labour and cost controls during peak periods. A vibrant Italian kitchen awaits.
