Shift Details
- 37.5-hours
- 07:00am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 10:00pm, waking nights and sleep‑in shifts. Full flexibility is needed to work all shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close‑knit, caring team
