Clancy Construction is hiring a Senior Site Manager to join its Dublin team. This is a senior, hands-on site leadership role with responsibility for safe delivery, programme, quality, subcontractor performance and coordination with the client and professional team.

What you will own

n

n
• Safety leadership across the site, direct workforce and subcontractors.

n

• Programme and day-to-day planning to ensure deadlines are achieved.

n

• Supervision of subcontractors, drawings and site execution.

n

• Quality management, inspections and BCAR coordination.

n

• Technical issue resolution, RFIs and design-team coordination.

n

• Client, architect and consultant meetings and progress communication.

n

• Coordination with planners, QS teams, supervisors and all project stakeholders.

n

• Compliance with site energy-management requirements.

n

What Clancy is looking for

n

n
• 10+ years in healthcare, commercial or residential construction, ideally with a main/specialist contractor.

n

• Strong construction-delivery, safety and quality-management knowledge.

n

• Confident leadership and the ability to mentor and motivate teams.

n

• Clear stakeholder communication and strong interpersonal skills.

n

• MS Office / Excel / MS Project or similar scheduling capability.

n

• Trade backgrounds are welcome. Strong written and spoken English is required.
