Europe Market Launch Lead — Maritime AI & Robotics

Quartermaster is seeking a Head of Launch for Europe to lead market entry and regulatory de-risking across European jurisdictions. You will build relationships with national authorities, insurers, and port authorities while coordinating cross-functional teams for deployment of SmartMast hardware on vessels.

The role requires extensive senior leadership in regulated environments, with a track record of closing complex B2B partnerships and managing multi-country introductions across Europe.
