Head of Growth & Partnerships (Remote/UK Travel)

Defence Medical Welfare Service is seeking a dynamic leader to identify, develop and deliver income generation, partnership and service growth opportunities across the UK. The role is full-time (35 hours per week), largely home-based with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build sustainable funding streams, and cultivate relationships with donors and partners to secure long-term impact for the armed forces community.
