Clinical Leader & Care Home Deputy Manager

Barchester is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to join our team. You will support the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary group, and drive clinical governance to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care.

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, plus mentoring/supervision qualifications. The role includes HR tasks, budget awareness, and safeguarding responsibilities in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
