Senior Area Ops Manager — 12-14 Pubs (Bristol to S Wales)

Young’s Pubs is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to lead Bristol, Bath and South Wales pubs. Overseen 12–14 diverse sites—including pubs with rooms—across a wide area from Mumbles to Bristol. The role rewards leadership with a strong people culture and strong commercial growth in hospitality.

You’ll guide General Managers and Head Chefs to tailor menus and concepts per pub, driving autonomy, creativity and service standards while maintaining our values.
