Strategic Indirects Buyer – Public Sector, Hybrid

National Energy System Operator is seeking a Senior Buyer (Indirects) to lead end-to-end procurement for NESO within a regulated environment. Based in Warwick or Wokingham with hybrid working, the role supports stakeholder collaboration, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement across indirect spend.
