Store Team Leader – Flexible Shifts, Community Retail

The Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store alongside a small team. You’ll manage day-to-day operations on shift, train and coach colleagues, and ensure great service on the shop floor, tills and storage areas.

Working 16-24 hours per week with occasional overtime, you’ll include weekend shifts and flexible availability. This permanent part-time role offers training, staff benefits and a clear path into store management in a welcoming community.
