Group Lead, UK Rocket Engine Test Facility

Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA) seeks a dedicated lead to establish a UK engine and stage testing facility, driving site selection, team formation, and project planning for rapid, high-cadence testing operations. Relocation to the site and potential travel to launch locations are required.

You will coordinate with existing engineering, procurement and programme teams, drive licencing and planning processes, and ensure compliance with UK regulations while building a high-performance test ecosystem.
