Assistant General Manager: Lead Service, People & KPIs

Kudu Marylebone is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team in London. You will lead from the floor, balance hands-on leadership with commercial acumen, and ensure a refined yet energetic dining experience for guests.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own daily operations, drive KPIs, manage labour costs, recruit and develop a large team, and uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction across all services.
