School Kitchen Catering Manager – Part-Time Leader

Education Authority in Derry/Londonderry is seeking a part-time Catering Manager (32.50 hrs/wk) to lead the school kitchen, ensure safe, appetising meals for children and staff, and maintain compliance with all food safety rules.

You will manage the dining centre and production kitchen, supervise staff, handle ordering and stock control, promote the service at events, and liaise with regional managers to deliver high-quality catering across the school.
