Multi-Branch Customer Consultant — In-Person Banking

Melton Building Society is seeking a full-time Customer Consultant to work mainly from Melton Mowbray and Grantham branches, with coverage for Stamford, Bourne and Oakham. The 35-hour week runs Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4.00pm, with some Saturdays on a rota basis. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage tills, and support community engagement.

We value numeracy and English, customer service experience, and teamwork. A driving licence is required.
