Validation & Compliance Administrator (Utilities)

Sapphire Utility Solutions, part of the Lanes Group, is seeking a Validation Administrator to join our Warrington team. The role focuses on validating work orders, managing appointments, and delivering strong customer service within a busy utility services environment.

You will work with planners and site agents to ensure packs are correctly produced and validated, while supporting process improvements and maintaining KPI levels. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.
