Lead Operations Coach – Customer Service

Concentrix Limited is recruiting a Team Leader, Home Billing in Manchester. You will supervise a group of call center associates, coach them to improve performance, and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced customer service environment.

The role focuses on leading, supporting and developing the team, with emphasis on attendance, productivity, quality, and customer outcomes. Previous call centre experience is not mandatory if you can demonstrate leadership and coaching capability.
