Hotel Public Area Supervisor – Lead Cleanliness & Team

De Vere Wokefield Estate Reading is seeking a Public Area Cleaning Supervisor to ensure the hotel’s public areas are spotless and welcoming each day. You will lead a diverse team, check standards, and address any housekeeping needs to create memorable moments for our guests.

You will also support with stock orders, laundry counts and rota planning to keep the department running smoothly, while fostering a culture of warmth and pride in the team’s work.
