Regional Building Surveyor – Field-Based Project Lead

PSD Group in the East Midlands is seeking a Regional Building/Maintenance Surveyor to manage a portfolio of properties across the region. This client-side role combines building surveying, capital projects, planned maintenance, compliance and contractor management, with ownership from inspection to completion.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and contractor performance while ensuring works meet safety standards and required specifications.
