Assistant Shop Manager: Lead Retail & Volunteers

Cats Protection is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Falkirk on a permanent contract. The role is 14 hours on a rota basis, including weekends, with salary up to £9,345.68 per annum.

You will support the Shop Manager to maximise income, act as brand ambassador, and lead a small team of staff and volunteers. Experience in retail, targets, cash handling, and team motivation is required.
