InHealth is seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator to shape how knowledge flows across clinical, operational and digital teams, ensuring the right information reaches the right people in the right place.

You will capture, organise, govern and share knowledge from policies, SOPs and clinical guidance through to patient pathways, training materials and operational know-how, with emphasis on SharePoint, intranet and knowledge bases.
