Community Bike Shop Retail Manager

UpCycle is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the UpCycle Community Bike Shop. You will oversee welcoming outlets, drive income through donations and product sales, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure safe, compliant operations aligned with our charitable mission.

You will recruit, train and supervise a team, develop local marketing and online sales, and deliver engaging placements for trainees while balancing commercial targets with community impact.
