Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care & Rehab (Sponsorship)

Cornerstone Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join The Burren in Bristol. You will support residents with complex dementia, neurological and mental health needs, delivering rehabilitation-focused care and helping individuals maintain independence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, observe changes, document progress, and deliver high-quality personal care. The role includes day and night shifts with a 38.5-hour pattern and a welcome bonus on joining.
