Community Health Care Support Worker | Home Visits & Growth

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health care support worker to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in their own homes within Bradford’s North locality. You will work within the Adult Community Nursing Services, providing a range of in-home interventions with supervision from clinicians.

The role includes training in wound care, diabetes management (including insulin), and assistance with enteral feeding and medication administration.
