Mental Health Social Worker AMHP – Transform Community Care

Salford City Council is recruiting a dedicated Social Worker – Mental Health to join Adult Social Care and Health Partnerships. Based at Ramsgate House, the role supports adults of working age with mental health needs and contributes to the AMHP Hub.

You will work within a multidisciplinary framework, deliver person-centred care, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice in line with the Care Act and related legislation.
