Empowering Future Teachers – Education Lecturer & Coach

Wigan & Leigh College is seeking a Teacher Education Lecturer and Teaching and Learning Coach to drive high-quality FE teaching across Levels 3–7. You will join the Teaching and Learning Academy and help shape trainee teachers’ confidence, academic rigor and classroom practice with university partnership support.

You’ll deliver across programmes, coach colleagues, contribute to curriculum leadership, admissions, and cross-college initiatives, strengthening teaching across the college.
