Senior OT – Dementia & Mental Health Lead

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS in Chesterfield is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join Snowdrop Ward, an 18-bed dementia/older adult unit. You will provide clinical leadership and deliver person-centred care within the MDT.

The role requires post-registration OT experience, leadership, risk assessment and involvement in education and audit. You will manage your own caseload and support the Ward Manager, with shifts across day times including some weekends.
