Maintenance Surveyor — Improve Safe, Compliant Homes

Home Group, a leading housing association, is seeking an experienced inspector to survey and inspect homes across Cumbria, from home and our Maryport office. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, guiding repairs and overseeing trades to deliver reliable homes for customers.

You’ll diagnose complex issues like damp and mould, manage disrepair cases, and drive improvements while maintaining schedules and standards. A relevant surveying qualification and MCIOB are desirable.
