Head Chef – Gloucester: High-Volume Catering Lead

Eurest at Safran Group in Gloucester is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen in a high-volume catering environment. You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, supervise a team, oversee purchasing, stock, suppliers and food safety to deliver an exceptional food offer.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience at head chef or senior sous chef, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for quality food on a Monday–Friday schedule with Monday–Friday hours.
