SEND Teaching Assistant: Trauma-Informed Learning Support

Keys Education is seeking a SEND-focused Teaching Assistant to support Broadwood School pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will assist with learning activities, help manage behaviour, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment that promotes wellbeing and achievement.

The role requires dedication to SEND and may involve two years’ SEND experience; Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous, with safeguarding emphasis and DBS checks in line with school policy.
