Finance Director — Growth & Strategy (Music & Merch)

Ceremony of Roses UK & Probity Merchandise seeks a Finance Director to lead financial governance and operational finance across the group. You will ensure accurate reporting, manage royalties, tax obligations and audits while partnering with leadership to drive growth and commercial decision-making.

The role covers monthly closes, budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, and integration of new entities. Strong GAAP knowledge and leadership experience are essential.
