Revenue Growth Director

DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd) seeks a Commercial Director to lead the inbound sales team, BDMs and marketing, owning the commercial strategy and ensuring alignment across sales and marketing for profitable growth.

The post-holder will provide leadership across revenue channels, drive pipeline, lead generation, reporting and improvement in conversion performance, reporting to the Managing Director.
