Retail Shift Leader: Drive Service & Store Performance

One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, is looking for a Shift Leader to join our fast-paced retail team. You will run duty shifts, coordinate a team and ensure a clean, well-presented store that delivers outstanding value to customers.

You will open and close the store, manage duty cover, support the Store Manager, and lead on customer service, health and safety, and stock replenishment. If you thrive in a busy store and enjoy coaching colleagues, this role is for you.
